
We are so excited to return to the same gorgeous venue on the West Coast of Scotland this October for a tranquil escape, surrounded by nature. We will start each day with an invigorating yoga flow before nourishing our bodies with wholesome, locally-prepared meals from our private chef. Everyone can enjoy the serene outdoor settings with peaceful walks, or relax beside the open fire. There will be optional afternoon pilates and yoga workshops to develop your practice, before unwinding with evening yin.
Annie will lead a weekend focused on building yoga practice around your needs, coming back home to your body and finding joy in movement. This retreat is for all levels of experience, first-timers, long-timers and everyone in between.
